We are I Can Foundation: we believe every young person deserves the opportunity to thrive. We are a youth-focused nonprofit organization based in Mzuzu, Malawi, working with young people aged 10 to 35 to build brighter, more independent futures. Since our founding in 2022, we have been committed to supporting vulnerable children and youth with the tools, skills, and guidance they need to succeed. We deliver programs in education, vocational skills development, guidance and counseling, and behavior change, helping young people gain confidence, develop practical abilities, and navigate life’s challenges. Our work goes beyond the youth we serve. We engage families, schools, and communities through outreach and partnerships to address critical issues such as mental health, unemployment, and limited access to opportunities that affect the youth. Today, I Can Foundation is a registered organization under the National Registration Bureau, the District Youth Office, and the Non-Governmental Organizations Regulatory Authority (NGORA). Together, we are building a generation of empowered, resilient, and self-reliant young people who can shape a better future for Malawi.
